Crooked Post Vineyard

Located southeast of Valley Falls in the middle of 152 acres is the quiet country setting  of Crooked Post Vineyard.  Started in 2006, we are devoting a minimum of 6 acres to the planting of exceptional grape varieties; providing the wineries of Kansas the opportunity to make top selling wines.  We presently have Seyval Blanc and Traminette growing and will plant Noiret in the spring of 2008.  Future years nay see us open to the public picking and tours.

Eagle Creek Vineyard
Fourth generation farmland in the Kansas Flint Hills is the home of Eagle Creek Vineyard.  Started in 2004 with 1 1/2 acres, annual plantings will increase the vineyard to 24 acres by 2008.  Most grape production is devoted to commercial wineries, with 2 acres reserved for sales to individuals.  Wine-making enthusiasts can purchase grapes at the vineyard, 767 Rd J5, Olpe.  Call Jo Ann or Rick Kuhlmann for availability.  620.475.3812

Kanza Vineyards
Kanza Vineyards is located in eastern Dickinson county near Chapman, Kansas.  Our varieties are: Chambourcin, Vignoles, and Cabernet Franc.

Prairie Ridge Vineyards
Prairie Ridge Vineyards is located just East of St. George, Kansas, overlooking the beautiful Flint Hills.  Established in 1981 by James Fair, current owners Dale "Dee"  Jr. and Janet Forge purchased the vineyard in 1993.  They have since increased the size to 18 acres and produce over eight different wine grape varieties . Peyton Creek Vineyards
Peyton Creek Vineyards owners Mike Schmidt and John Oswald established their vineyard in 1987 and planted their first acre of grapevines in the Spring of 1988.  The vineyard is located in Chase County on the historic Wilson Ranch headquarters 5 miles northeast of Strong City.  Today the three-acre vineyard has several varieties of American and French hybrid vines and feature Vignoles and Cynthiana.  The mailing address is RR1, Box 25, Strong City Kansas  66869-0250

Sierra Vista Vineyards

This expanding site is ideally located in the Flint Hills overlooking Manhattan KS, and the Blue River Valley.  Started in 2002, current producing varieties include, St. Vincent, Rougeon, Seyval Blanc, and Chambourcin. Sterbenz Farms
Sterbenz Farms is nestled in the heart of the Flint Hills and is part of the Tall Grass Prairie.  We comprise of  200 acres of beautiful prairie and a small amount of lowland through which Bemis Creek flows, a major tributary of Lake Eldorado.  The soil is fertile loam that is excellent for grape production. The nearness of the lake helps moderate the micro climate on the farm.  The farm produces some of the finest wine grapes in Kansas.  Grapes are available for picking, depending on variety from July to mid September. Crushing and Destemming are available on site for processing juice.
 

Vinland de la Cairns
Vinland de la Cairns is located southwest of Topeka near the town of Dover on the eastern edge of the Flint Hills.  Our first plantings were in 1992 and now we have 22 varieties of grapes on 2 1/2 acres ranging from the old standby Concord, to seedless table grapes, and some true wine grapes like Cabernet, Pinot Noir, and Merlot.

Wild Hare
Located 5 miles south of Lawrence, Wild Hare Vineyard has about
800 vines on just over an acre, planted in 2007 and 2008 with
Cynthiana (Norton), Traminette and Steuben.  First harvest is
expected in the fall of 2009.  IF the quality of the grapes proves
to be good, the owners plan to expand the vineyard operation and
build a winery.

Burgess Farm Winery
Burgess Farm winery features a variety of wines grown and processed from our orchard and vineyard.  Come visit, sample the wines and tour the grounds.  From Harveyville, Kansas go, one mile west on Hwy 31 to Miller Road,  2 miles south on blacktop, 1/4 mile west on gravel road.  Address 12491 Pronghorn Road. Campbell Vineyard and Winery
Campbell Vineyard and Winery is located 5 miles East of Holton, Ks. on Highway 116.  The vineyards, established in 1997, are surrounded by beautiful rolling pastures and timber.  Group Reservations and special event planning are available year round at the winery.  Personal tours of the vineyard and winery as well as wine tasting in our elegant tasting room are also available.  Come back to the basics...Rest and be happy at the Campbell Vineyard and Winery.
